Quick onboarding

Onboarding is just a guide. Your actual food setup lives in My Picks. You can come back and tweak anything anytime.

1) Set your picks (the important bit)

Choose foods you like / tolerate and blacklist anything you never want suggested. This is what the planner uses.

2) Add hard exclusions

Allergies and “never show me this” items. Pickyease helps, but you should still check labels.

3) Comfort filters

Texture and comfort preferences (e.g. avoid strong flavours). Optional — but helps picky eaters a lot.

Generate your first week

Once your picks are set, the planner will build a week that fits your profile.
